Verify and certify, once
Prove your setup on a live call, then pass the remote certification. Both are one-time, and the certification is the only thing you ever pay for.
Get introduced
You go on the register. When an employer chooses you, a person opens the introduction by hand, and you contract with them directly.
Be ready for a real bar - roughly half of first verification calls do not pass, because this is a filter over competence that already exists, not a place to learn a trade. Everything you need to know before applying is folded below, and the form is at the bottom of the page.

What you need before you apply
- A laptop or desktop, i5 or Ryzen 5 or Apple M-series and up, 8GB RAM, with a working camera, microphone and a headset
- A 2kVA inverter or solar system that carries your setup for four hours, or verified building backup
- A primary line holding 10 down and 5 up
- A second line on a different carrier, tested and working
- A quiet, enclosed, lit room you can take a client video call in
- A degree or diploma in your discipline, and real experience doing the work

What we publish, and what we never publish
What is published
Your discipline, a short skill line, your qualification without the institution, your years of experience, your rate band, your time zone overlap, your availability and your badge.
What is never published
Your name, your photograph, your CV, your employment history, your number and your email. Those are released to one employer, on one occasion, only when an introduction is paid for, and only with the consent you give below.

The four disciplines are fixed. Technology, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Accounting. Applications outside them are declined rather than queued, because intake is capped to the number of verification calls one coordinator can hold in a week.
