Every standing role currently posted on Chito, open to both sides. Employers post what they cannot find; candidates on the register can see exactly what is being bought, at what rate, in which hours.
These are live requirements from employers hiring across borders. You do not apply to them one by one - on Chito the employer comes to the register and asks for the people who fit. What you do is get listed, tell us the kind of work you want, and a coordinator matches you against these as they come in.
Choose the ones you want. Tap Choose on any role below and it is held for this visit. Your choices ride along at the bottom of the screen and carry straight into your application, where a coordinator holds them against you by name. Choosing is not applying, nothing is sent to Chito until you submit, and an empty list does not weaken an application.

Clear the competence screen, the Uptime Verification and the certification. Nothing here is reachable from outside the register, which is exactly what makes it worth being on.
Tell us what you want
The sector, the kind of business, the country, the shape of the engagement. A coordinator holds that against every role that comes in, including the ones that never reach this page because they are filled from the register first.
You get introduced
When an employer requests an introduction, a coordinator confirms you are still available and still want it, then opens the channel with both of you present. You contract with them directly.
Why you cannot apply here directly
An open board where anybody can apply produces two hundred applications per role and puts the whole screening cost back on the employer, which is the exact problem Chito exists to remove. The register is the application. Clearing it once is worth more than applying two hundred times.
Why the roles are still shown
Because being listed and then hearing nothing is not a service. If you have paid for the certification and cleared the gates, you should be able to see the demand you are sitting in, judge whether your rate band is right, and tell us where you want to be pointed.
