Designed for cross-border work.
Remote talent, already verified.
Competence checked. Remote practice certified. Infrastructure verified. Every professional here has cleared all three before you ever see them.
The three gates
Three gates, cleared in order, before you meet anybody
Competence
Can they do the work? Qualification, real history and a structured conversation with a coordinator.
Uptime
Can they stay operational? Machine, power and two lines, demonstrated live and stamped with the date. The standard →
Remote readiness
Can they work at a distance? Communicate, operate and deliver, examined before they are listed. The certification →
One status
Chito Verified
The register carries one status, not five signals to assemble. A professional is Chito Verified only while all three gates hold - the moment one lapses, they come off the register.
What that is worth is simple: over time you should be able to say "send me three Chito Verified accountants" and know exactly what you are getting.
Chito Verified
What sits behind the status on every listing.
- Competence Screened ✓
- Remote readiness Certified ✓
- Uptime Verified, dated on the listing ✓
- Badge validity Ninety days, then re-verified
The Uptime Badge stays visible on every card with the day it was checked, because it is the one claim on this site you can hold us to on a date.
The register
The work comes first, the person follows
Every professional is judged on the work - discipline, rate, readiness, a checked setup - not a name or a face. Identity opens at the introduction, where the working relationship actually begins.
If you are hiring
Browse free, with no account and no sales call. Select who you want, request the introductions in one place, pay once, then contract with them directly.
If you do the work
Apply free, prove your competence, verify your setup, clear the certification and enter the register. From there you can see the roles employers are actually posting, tell us the kind of business you want to work for, and check your own listing any time with the code printed on it.
Standing demand
What employers are currently looking for
Open roles are visible to both sides - employers post what they cannot find, candidates see what is actually being bought.
For candidates
Get verified, get certified, get listed
If you can already do the work, one step remains: proving you can do it remotely. The Chito Remote Certification is that step - a short, practical course taken once your setup is verified. Clear it and you are on a register employers in other markets read.

Hiring remotely for the first time?
The Chito Employer Playbook is a practical operating guide for small businesses hiring and managing their first remote professional. Outcomes, a one-page working agreement, the first five days, a weekly rhythm, security minimums and the warning signs. Useful whether or not you ever hire through Chito.
The position, stated plainly
Chito introduces. Nothing else.
For an employer this is a benefit before it is a disclaimer: no employer-of-record overhead, no percentage of a salary for as long as the person works for you, and no platform sitting between you afterwards.
What Chito does
- Screens professional competence as the condition of entry
- Verifies a candidate's machine, power, primary line and backup line on a live call
- Certifies that they have met the Chito remote-working standard
- Lists them pseudonymously so competence is judged before geography
- Opens the introduction by hand, inside one business day, once the fee is paid
What Chito never does
- Employs anybody, in any jurisdiction, under any arrangement
- Runs payroll, holds funds, operates escrow or moves a salary
- Teaches anybody their trade, or certifies occupational competence - we do not make anyone an accountant or a developer
- Tracks time, logs keystrokes or captures anyone's screen
- Publishes a candidate's name, face, number or curriculum vitae
That restraint is the business model. Avoiding labour-law exposure and cross-border payroll obligation is what lets this run at a flat fee instead of an employer-of-record margin.
