The network
Why a new register does not sit in silence
Chito Africa is a BeanBreaker.com product, run on the ground by its African partner - whose magazine network publishes twelve regional editions and two specialist journals across 24 countries. Both sides of this trade were already reading.
Reaching American demand, on purpose
The register is in Botswana. A large part of the demand is not. That gap is not closed by wishing - it is closed by a partner whose whole job is to be in the room with it.
BeanBreaker.com
Chito Africa's United States publishing and media partner. BeanBreaker.com is a US-based editorial brand, media house and digital agency that speaks to American small and mid-sized businesses - and to employers in other markets - about what verified, certified remote talent from Botswana can actually do. It carries Chito into rooms the magazine network was never built to reach.
Why a separate voice
The Cabanga network reaches African executives with authority precisely because it has published to them since 2017. That same authority does not transfer to a forty-person firm in Ohio. So the American conversation is held by a partner built for it, in the idiom of that market, rather than pretended at from across an ocean.
Reaching African supply, on purpose
The twelve regional editions of the Cabanga magazine network, each named for the word for thinking in a language of its market, alongside two specialist journals. The readership is business owners, executives and operators - the people who hire, and the people who publish what they are hiring for.
What the network solves, and what it does not
It is worth being exact about this, because overstating it would be the easiest lie on the site.
What it does solve
- Supply-side reach. Candidates across the region hear about the register without a rand of paid acquisition
- Credibility. A verification claim carries because of who is making it. A group publishing since 2017 is checkable
- Distribution for the Index. A quarterly index carried by twelve editions and two journals reaches desks a new platform cannot buy its way onto
What it does not solve
- Reach into a forty-person firm in Ohio. The network reaches African executives. It does not reach American small business, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to build the wrong thing
- That demand has to be earned separately, deliberately and with a budget, or served regionally first
Regional demand is real demand. Firms across Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia hire across borders constantly, and they are reachable today.
