Chito Africa is a register of remote professionals based in Botswana whose skill, rate, working hours and working setup are each checked on a live verification call before they appear. Browse by discipline, rate band and daily hours, select the people you want, and request a paid introduction - a candidate's identity opens only at that point.

What you are looking at
A role, not a name
A candidate appears as their discipline - Data Analyst, Bookkeeper, Appointment Setter - with a verified market badge, rate band and working hours. Hiring turns on what somebody can do, at what rate, in which hours, so that is what leads. Identity follows at the introduction, which is also what stops the register being scraped and resold.
A dated badge
The Uptime Badge carries the day the infrastructure was last checked and expires ninety days after it. A candidate whose badge lapses does not show here as unverified - they come off the register entirely.
A rate the candidate set
The band is what the candidate expects, not what Chito thinks they are worth. There is no margin between the two, because Chito does not take a share of the salary.
Selecting a candidate holds them for this visit only. There is no account, no login and nothing sent to Chito when you select.
